Terms of Service

Tampkit · Last updated 17 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between your business and Tampkit when you use our tap-to-stamp loyalty cards and staff app. Please read them with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we look after your and your customers’ information. You agree to these terms when you tick the box at sign-up or sign a pilot agreement with us.

At a glance
  • Tampkit is in its pilot program. Right now every business pays $35 a month for its first store and $20 a month for each extra store, plus a one-off $40 for each stamp.
  • Your $35 price is locked for at least your first 2 months.
  • When the pilot program ends, prices will go up. We’ll email you the new price at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
  • No GST is added. You’re billed monthly through Stripe and can cancel any time from Billing in your staff app.
  • Your customer list is yours. We look after it and delete it if you leave.

1. Who we are

“Tampkit”, “we” and “us” mean Tampkit, based in Sydney, NSW. You can reach us at customer@tampkit.app. “You” means the business that signs up, and the person signing up confirms they can agree on the business’s behalf.

2. Our pilot program

Tampkit is new, and we’re running it as a pilot program with our first businesses. That means:

3. What you get

4. Pricing during the pilot program

All prices are in Australian dollars. Tampkit isn’t registered for GST, so no GST is added. Your $35 monthly price is locked for at least your first 2 months.

5. When the pilot program ends

We haven’t set our final prices yet. When the pilot program ends, prices will go up, and we may introduce different plans or tiers. Before anything changes for you:

6. Paying

You’re billed monthly in advance through Stripe, using the card you give at checkout. If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll email you and Stripe will try again over the next few days. If it still can’t be paid, your account is paused: the staff app locks and taps stop adding stamps until you pay. Your customers’ cards and stamps are kept safe while you’re paused, and everything switches back on as soon as you pay.

7. Your stamp

Once paid for, the stamp is yours to keep. If it stops working because of a fault, tell us and we’ll fix or replace it, as the Australian Consumer Law requires. If it’s lost or damaged, we can send a new one for $40.

8. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, including during the pilot program, from Billing in your staff app. Everything keeps working until the end of the month you’ve paid for. We don’t refund part-months or the stamp fee, except where the law requires us to.

9. Your responsibilities

10. Your customers’ information

Your customer list belongs to your business. We hold and protect it for you as our Privacy Policy describes, and we only use it to run Tampkit for you. We never sell it or use it to market to your customers ourselves. If you leave, you can ask us for a copy within 30 days, and after that we delete it.

11. Your content and ours

Your logo, photos, menu and other content stay yours. You let us show them on your customers’ cards, in Apple Wallet and in the staff app so Tampkit can work, and you confirm you have the right to use them. Tampkit’s software, designs and brand belong to us. With your permission, we may name your business as a Tampkit customer, for example in a case study.

12. Changes

We’ll tell you about anything important that changes. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change, or any change to these terms that could disadvantage you, so you can cancel before it applies.

13. If something goes wrong

We work hard to keep Tampkit running, but like any online service it can sometimes be slow or unavailable. If that happens, we’ll let you know and fix it as quickly as we can.

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law allows, our responsibility for a problem with the service is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid us for it, and we’re not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits.

14. Ending the agreement

You can end it at any time by cancelling. We can pause or end your account if you don’t pay, or if you seriously misuse Tampkit and don’t fix it after we’ve told you. If we ever stop offering Tampkit, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice and refund any month you’ve paid for but can’t use.

15. General

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales. If we have a disagreement, we’ll first try to sort it out by talking. If you’ve signed a pilot agreement with us and it says something different about your price, the pilot agreement wins for that. Questions about these terms? Email customer@tampkit.app.
